Information you provide. When you contact us, request a conversation, download a report or eBook, register for a webcast, or subscribe to Insights, we collect the details you enter: name, work email, company, role, phone number, country, and the content of your message.

Our website and email tools record technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, time on page, and approximate location derived from IP.
