Shaney M. Salomon

Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer

Shaney has over 20 years of experience in global high-tech organizations in key leadership positions such as Director of Finance and Administration, Corporate Controller and Director of Professional Services. She has successfully led multiple companies through M&A transactions and is highly respected for her success in exceeding financial objectives, increasing profit margins, operational improvement and team building. She is the owner, Founding Partner, Board Member and holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Optima ECM Consulting. Prior to founding Optima ECM Consulting in 2009, she held the position of Director of SAP Global Services at OpenText, the world’s leading Enterprise Information Management company, where she led the SAP Global Services Team in North America. She was awarded multiple distinctions for service excellence during her tenure. She joined OpenText through the acquisition of her former company, Optura, where she held Controllership and Client Services Director positions. Optura developed the highly successful product that SAP and OpenText jointly market and sell today known as SAP Invoice Management. Due to her long and tenured experience in Accounts Payable and with Invoice Management, Shaney is a well-recognized and respected subject matter expert and thought leader for her customers in the Procure to Pay space in SAP. She frequently speaks at conferences and on webcasts with joint customers regarding their successes with SAP-OpenText products. Shaney is on the Board of Directors at Horses Help in Phoenix, AZ, an accredited therapeutic riding program for children and adults with physical and mental disabilities and is the co-founder of Blanketing Arizona, a grass-roots, community group providing food and blankets to the homeless in Phoenix. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University.

Othon Vazquez

Chief Operating Officer

Othon has been key to expanding our services to the Latin America market with +14 years of experience in Project & Program Management, Business Development, and Financial Management. He has also pioneered our standardized Project Management Methodology. Othon is our COO, and US Service Delivery Director focused on managing our resources for each project to ensure the PMO team can provide accurate information and keep the project on track for a successful go live and subsequent support from Optima. In addition, he is a natural multitasker who loves to be ahead of the game. His strengths lie in proactiveness and determination, which makes him very tactical when it comes to the planning and execution of the many moving pieces in any implementation.

Othon joined the team at Optima back in 2013. Some of his most significant accomplishments to date include being the leader for successful global VIM rollouts, proven record of well-managed Document Access, extended ECM, & CS implementations, Latin America Office creation, and manager, as well as deployments among other solutions. Othon graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM) with a Bachelor of Engineering as well as certification in Executive Coaching.

Chief Innovation Officer

Enrique has 20+ years of experience in the SAP and OpenText ecosystem. Throughout his career he has served in different positions, from consulting to commercial and management, and most recently in the critical innovation role. He was a key player in the expansion of a local SAP consulting firm into European markets, created an external-customer focused SAP consulting practice for a multinational corporation in South America, and has developed business opportunities and successfully led and delivered SAP and OpenText projects in Europe, Latin America, and North America.

Enrique joined the team at Optima in 2012, consistently contributing to many key projects involving SAP and OpenText solutions. His leadership while architecting and implementing several high-impact projects resulted in significant accomplishments and exceptionally successful client projects.

In 2017 he led the creation of our Product Development Practice – Optima Assets, and since 2021, as part of Optima’s commitment to bringing innovative, timely and relevant client solutions, he has been at the helm of Optima Innovation. His work to expand and diversify the company’s portfolio into new products and services will allow us to meet our clients’ current and future business needs and provide cutting-edge career growth opportunities for the Optima team.

Enrique studied System Engineering at the University of Buenos Aires and he is currently pursuing a master’s degree at HEC Paris.

Teri Boden


Teri joined the Optima ECM Consulting team in 2015 as Controller.  She is an accomplished senior finance executive that brings over 30 years of finance, accounting, and management experience in fast-paced global organizations to her role.   Teri has direct experience in corporate hospitality marketing, computer hardware/software manufacturing, and medical diagnostics firms.

At Optima, Teri oversees all aspects of accounting and administers the company’s project management system.

Prior to joining Optima, Teri was the Controller for rSmart in Scottsdale, AZ.  Teri was with Starwood Hotels & Resorts for 13 years, where she last held the position of VP/Controller-Sales & Marketing Accounting & Reporting, being promoted quickly through the ranks starting as a Senior Financial Analyst.  Teri also was with Tandem Computers and SYVA Company in the Bay Area in various financial analyst and accounting roles.

Teri has her MBA from Golden Gate University and a B.S. from Oregon State University.

Stacey Goldie

Manager, Talent Acquisition and Development

Stacey is in the HR leadership role as Manager, Talent Acquisition, and Development at Optima ECM Consulting. Stacey is an innovative and creative human resources professional who brings 17 years of HR experience to the team. Stacey’s career has been in technology professional services organizations in Human Resource administration and leadership roles. Prior to joining Optima in 2014, she was the Talent and Performance Manager at rSmart. She has excellent communication skills and the proven ability to achieve strategic company goals. Stacey is a team player and is successful in attracting top talent while building valuable relationships with employees, clients, and key stakeholders.

Stacey is well-versed in Talent Acquisition Management, Candidate Search and Recruitment, Policy & Procedure Creation & Implementation, Benefits and Compensation, Performance Management, Payroll & HRIS, Employee Communications, Onboarding, Team Building, Employee Incentives and Recognition, and Training and Development. Stacey works closely with the executive leadership team to create an excellent culture that aligns with Optima’s core values.

Stacey earned her MBA and graduated with a B.A. in English from Arizona State University with honors. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
